Picker / Packer

Job Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Retrieve grocery items from dark store shelves quickly using a digital scanning device.
• Order Packing: Pack items securely and carefully into delivery bags to prevent damage.
• Quality Check: Verify item freshness, expiry dates, and packaging quality before dispatching.
• Inventory Management: Unload fresh stock, sort items, and update product labels across correct aisle locations.
• Billing & Scanning: Use handheld scanners to log items into the inventory system and update stock records.
• Store Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure fast navigation during rush hours.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Earnings: Typically ranges between ₹18,000 and ₹22,000 total earning potential, varying by exact city hub.
• Shifts: Rotational 8-to-9 hour shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts available with night allowances).
• Social Security: Standard PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employee State Insurance) benefits are included.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass or above.
• Experience: Fresher friendly; no prior experience is required as immediate on-the-job onboarding is provided.
• Skills: Ability to read basic English (for product names), stamina for continuous physical movement, and basic smartphone operation skills
