Pilates Instructor – For She Studio
We are looking for a passionate and certified Pilates Instructor to join our women-focused wellness studio, For She. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about fitness, women’s health, and helping clients achieve their wellness goals in a supportive and empowering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safe and effective Pilates sessions for women of all fitness levels
- Guide clients with proper posture, breathing, and movement techniques
- Create personalized workout plans based on individual needs and goals
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional studio atmosphere
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of studio equipment and space
- Stay updated with Pilates trends, techniques, and certifications
Requirements:
- Certified Pilates Instructor
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for women’s fitness and wellness
- Prior teaching experience preferred
- Friendly, patient, and motivating personality
Employment Type: Full-time- 6.00 am to 1.00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
