JOB SUMMARYWe are hiring a skilled Plumber to handle plumbing operations, maintenance, and repairs in a gated community apartment complex. The role ensures uninterrupted water supply, proper drainage, and quick resolution of plumbing issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and repair water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems.

• Attend resident plumbing complaints and resolve them within TAT.
• Inspect pipelines, valves, pumps, tanks, and fixtures regularly.
• Identify leakages, blockages, and system faults and carry out repairs.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and emergency breakdowns.
• Coordinate with vendors for major plumbing works if required.
• Maintain daily work records and material usage logs.
• Follow safety procedures and site SOPs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

ITI / Diploma in Plumbing or relevant trade certification.

• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and fittings.
• Experience in gated communities, apartments, or commercial buildings preferred.
• SKILLS REQUIREDPlumbing installation and repair skills.
• Problem-solving and fault identification.
• Basic knowledge of pumps and water systems.
• Ability to work independently and in emergencies.
• Good communication with residents and team members.
• WORK CONDITIONSSite-based role.
• Shift duty / rotational duty as per site requirement.
• On-call availability during emergencies.

PREFERRED CANDIDATES

Experience in high-rise residential buildings.

• Knowledge of STP, WTP, pumps, and underground pipelines.
