Position Summary

We are seeking a Power Platform Development Lead to join our Power Platform Center of Excellence team. This role will drive innovation, automation, and operational excellence across our enterprise Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and enterprise-level application lifecycle management, ensuring security, scalability, and superior user experience.

Key Responsibilities

·        Power Platform Leadership: Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

·        Application Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of Power Platform applications, including development, deployment, updates, and retirement.

·        Automation & Optimization: Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline business processes and workflows.

·        Data Integration: Manage integration with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other data sources.

·        Security & Compliance: Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure applications meet global security and compliance standards.

·        Performance Monitoring: Establish proactive monitoring and reporting for Power Platform solutions to ensure optimal performance.

·        Innovation & Modernization: Lead initiatives to adopt new features and capabilities within the Power Platform ecosystem.

·        Documentation & Standards: Develop technical documentation, policies, and best practices for Power Platform development and operations.

·        Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business units, architecture, operations, and support teams to deliver seamless solutions aligned with business objectives.

·        Vendor Management: Engage with Microsoft and third-party vendors to evaluate new technologies and manage escalations.

Qualifications & Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·        Minimum 7 years in enterprise-level Power Platform development and management.

Technical Expertise

·        Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) development and troubleshooting

·        Power Automate for workflow automation

·        Power BI for data visualization and reporting

·        Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server integration

·        Microsoft 365 and Azure services

·        PowerShell scripting and API integration

·        Copilot Studio knowledge would be a plus
