Pre-Primary And Primary Teachers

We are looking for passionate, patient, and vibrant educators to nurture our pre-primary and primary students. You will be responsible for building a strong academic foundation while making learning a fun and engaging experience. We are hiring subject experts for Primary classes (Telugu, Hindi, English, Maths, Social Studies, and Computers) and dedicated teachers for our Pre-Primary sections.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Primary:

• Conduct interactive, play-based learning activities focusing on motor skills, basic phonics, and early cognitive development.

Primary:

• Deliver engaging, concept-clear lessons in your designated subject (Languages, Maths, Social, or Computers).
• Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, safe, and positive classroom environment.
• Assessments: Monitor student progress, conduct periodic assessments, and provide constructive feedback to parents.
• Curriculum: Prepare effective lesson plans and utilize creative teaching aids to simplify topics.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: 1 to 5+ years of teaching experience in a reputed school.

Special Note for Freshers: We strongly encourage freshers to apply! If you do not have experience but are highly energetic, enthusiastic, confident in commanding a classroom, and possess excellent subject knowledge, we want to meet you.

• Qualification Required for Pre-Primary Teachers: Any Bachelor’s Degree along with PPTC (Pre-Primary Teacher Training), Montessori Diploma, or Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification.
• Qualification Required for Primary Teachers: Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject (B.Tech, B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, BCA) + B.Ed. or D.Ed. (TET qualification is a bonus).
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (and strong command over Hindi/Telugu for respective language teachers).
