Job Overview:

St. Francis Educational Society is seeking a passionate, patient, and energetic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a safe, nurturing, and interactive learning environment for our youngest learners (Nursery, LKG, and UKG). With your experience and training, you will help shape children's early cognitive, social, and emotional development through creative play-based and structured learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning & Execution: Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate daily lesson plans focused on foundational literacy, basic numeracy, shapes, and colors.

Activity-Based Teaching: Conduct interactive activities including storytelling, rhymes, arts & crafts, music, and indoor/outdoor games to make learning enjoyable.

Child Development & Safety: Monitor each child's physical, emotional, and social development. Ensure a highly secure, clean, and safe classroom environment at all times.

Classroom Management: Maintain gentle classroom discipline using positive reinforcement strategies to manage toddler behavior effectively.

Parent-Teacher Communication: Regularly interact with parents to provide constructive feedback on their child's progress, habits, and developmental milestones during meetings.

Event Coordination: Collaborate with fellow teaching staff to plan and organize school events, assemblies, festivals, and annual day celebrations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a reputed preschool or primary school environment.
