Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Curriculum & Instruction: Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans utilizing play-based learning methods (e.g., storytelling, art, music, and educational games) to teach basic letters, numbers, shapes, and colors.
- Child Development: Observe and evaluate each child's developmental milestones. Identify learning gaps and tailor instruction to diverse learning styles.
- Social & Emotional Growth: Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment. Teach children essential life skills, such as sharing, cooperation, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.
- Health, Safety & Care: Serve as a caregiver by ensuring the classroom environment is clean, hygienic, and safe. Supervise children during nap times, meals, and outdoor play.
- Parent Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with parents through regular updates, meetings, and progress reports. Offer guidance on supporting children’s learning at home.
