Pre-Primary Teacher

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Vice Principal, Teacher, assistant Teacher to join our leadership team at Little Millennium Uppal . This individual will play a crucial role in supporting school administration, overseeing day-to-day operations, and fostering a strong relationship with parents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate both staff and students.

• Key Responsibilities: Parent Relations: Act as a key liaison between parents and the school, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring a positive and open line of communication. Demonstrate strong convincing skills to gain parents' trust and support for the school’s vision and policies.
• School Management: Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring a safe and productive environment for both students and staff. Assist the Principal in implementing academic programs and school initiatives.
• Staff Supervision: Assist in supervising and mentoring teachers and staff, providing feedback and support to ensure the best possible learning environment for students.
• Curriculum and Instruction: Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement curriculum strategies that enhance student engagement and academic performance.
• Disciplinary Oversight: Handle student behavior and discipline in accordance with school policies, providing guidance and support when necessary.
• Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating school events, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences.
• Emergency Response: Be prepared to step in and manage emergencies, making decisions that prioritize student safety and well-being.
• Qualifications:Master’s degree in Education, School Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in school administration, teaching, or related educational leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a particular focus on building relationships and convincing parents.
• In-depth knowledge of school policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive, and positive school culture.
