Job Responsibilities

The Technology Solutions business unit is the Syneos Health accelerator for life sciences technology and innovation. Technology Solutions homegrown products & applications, COTS & SaaS products, ensures all employees work in a secure environment with clean data, actively participates in new M&A and partnership activities, delivers critical insights as part of our integrated strategy for customers and drives enterprise-wide adoption and change management for innovative tech & data solutions. Our work supports getting meaningful new medicines to patients faster, with greater positive impact.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional designs and recommend Oracle Cloud capabilities to drive efficiency.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Cloud applications; coordinate with technical teams for integrations and data migration.
  • Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing to ensure solutions meet functional and business expectations.
  • Develop training content, conduct enablement sessions, and maintain FAQs, process documentation, and functional specifications.
  • Resolve functional issues, troubleshoot OIC-based integrations, support release updates, and advocate as the “voice of the user.”
  • Promote SaaS best practices, data privacy, compliance standards, and scalable configuration approaches.
  • Drive product operations strategies aligned to organizational goals; proactively identify, escalate, and resolve high-impact issues.
  • Mentor and develop junior analysts to build a high-performing product operations function.
  • Lead the development of product operations strategies to support overall business goals.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive product performance.
  • Identify and implement innovative processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with senior leaders across product management, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful product operations.
  • Oversee the monitoring and optimization of key performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to guide product strategy and positioning.
  • Lead the strategy and optimization of tools and systems used in product operations.
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members to build a high-performing product operations team.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve high-impact operational issues.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree (BS/BA) in in Information Systems or Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering, or related field required.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Payables and Procurement modules, with cross-functional exposure to other SCM and Financials modules.
  • Hands-on configuration of SLA rules and workflow setups using BPM.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end payment process configurations.
  • Experience configuring OBN for B2B enablement (required).
  • Experience with Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Contracts (highly preferred).
  • BI/OTBI report development experience (preferred).
  • Experience integrating with Vertex and Kyriba (preferred).
  • Strong accountability mindset and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and provide strategic insights.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and documentation.
  • Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools, product management software, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve complex operational challenges.
  • Advanced project management skills to lead and coordinate multiple high-impact projects.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve product operations.
