Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Digital Crimes Unit

Responsibilities

·       Work as a part of the Customer Security organization within Information Security.

·       Protect client customers based on data, patterns, and alarms.

·       Identify malicious activity on client's customer network based on both historic and emerging trends.

·       Assign phishing tickets in the queue and review, categorize or label content reported in the case related to video, text, image or other relevant data.

·       Actively review content for Inappropriate video, image, Title / Thumbnails and other content for compliance to our policies and be able to categorize the content.

·       Analyze, examine the content which could be in image, video format daily.

·       · Identify content which comes under abuse catalog and send it for further investigation.

·       · Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever important and requested by the manager.

·       · Communicate inside the company with members of the same team or other teams to accomplish the allocated tasks and duties.

·       · In an investigative role or equivalent anti-abuse or information security experience. Knowledge of current or emerging trends in the threat landscape (e.g. Phishing, Scams, Malware, Payment Fraud, Content Complaints, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications

·       · Ability to navigate and identify malicious activity where it exists within a website.

·       · Ability to document data points contributing to a decision on whether a violation of our policies exists on a customer's website.

·       · Ability to be thorough while maximizing performance.

·       · You might also have...

·       · Strong problem-solving skills - Exercising independent judgment with minimal direction. Effective communication skills.

·       · Experience with client products and services.

·       · Experience in Tier 2 investigation/triage of security events.

·       · You should be able to work on a flexible schedule and review content that might be erroneous in nature, every day.

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

·       Graduation in any discipline (Pref B.Tech or any other tech/non-tech degree)

·       Content reviewer/ moderation experience (Optional)

·       Need to have knowledge on CRM tool, understanding of firewalls.

·       Need to have hands on experience on social sites, basic knowledge on cybersecurity (Phishing, Malware, Spam)

·       Good MS Excel & MS Power point presentation skills

·       Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts.

·       Generates ideas, and critically evaluates future scenarios.

·       Encourages and facilitates cooperation and results orientation.

·       Identifies and acts upon opportunities for continuous improvement.

·       Fosters an environment of collaboration and a strong customer service culture.

·       Mature and self-motivated professional able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
