As a Product Delivery Manager in Consumer & Community Banking team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. 
Job responsibilities

• Manages  UAT environment and ensuring test environment consistency for UAT  prospective and work towards the of high-quality customer experiences 
• Designs, develops and maintains a environment management strategy and environment uptime matrices. 
• Develops test automation (smart specs) to monitor greater environment availability 
• Develops and maintains the functional test automation 
• Develops tools and technique to bring the environment uptime.
• Communicates status to management and key stakeholders across a portfolio of projects
• Leads a culture of respect that promotes diversity and inclusion, and mentors and motivates a strong cross-functional team
• Develops the next generation of UAT talent, with a focus on hiring, developing and retaining top talent

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
• Experience in Automation Testing & Mobile Testing with  understanding of Quality Assurance and delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies 
• Strong Experience with Test Automation solutions and test automation development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attitude
• Hands-on experience in  test automation, common defect management tools, the ability to perform automated tests, and an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
• TSYS and Consumer banking/credit card experience is required.
• Experience with functional testing automation tools and technologies (Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Junit), as well as databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server and DB2
• Experience with API (Application Programming Interface) test automation (Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman)
• Experience with Java and JavaScript

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and quality assurance methodology
