Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Management
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Review approved 2D drawings, BOQ, cut lists, and production requirements before starting production.
- Allocate work to machine operators, carpenters, helpers, and other factory staff.
- Monitor production progress every day.
- Ensure projects are completed according to committed timelines.
- Prioritize production based on site installation schedules.
2. Drawing & Cut List Verification
- Coordinate with the 2D designer and Design & Execution Manager.
- Verify drawings, dimensions, materials, finishes, and hardware before production.
- Check cut lists before sending them for manufacturing.
- Identify drawing or measurement issues before material cutting.
- Avoid production errors caused by incorrect dimensions or specifications.
