About the Company

Texo Prefab World manufactures premium prefab homes, cabins, and site offices at our Jeedimetla factory. We need someone who can run the shop floor daily — managing workers, checking quality, and making sure every unit is built on time.

What You'll Do

• Manage the daily work of fabrication, welding, and fitting workers on the factory floor
• Assign work to each worker every morning and check progress through the day
• Check quality at every stage — welding, panel fitting, finishing — before work moves ahead
• Make sure materials needed are available — coordinate with the store
• Keep daily records of what work was completed
• Report any delay or problem to management same day
• Make sure safety rules are followed on the floor

Who Can Apply

• 2 to 8 years experience working in a factory that makes: steel structures, prefab buildings, site offices, containers, or similar metal fabrication products
• Should know how welding, cutting, and fitting work — even if you don't do it yourself, you should be able to check if it's done right
• Should be comfortable managing a team of 10 to 30 workers
• Basic reading of drawings/plans is a must
• Should be able to speak clearly and give instructions in Telugu and Hindi
• ITI in Welding / Fitter / Mechanical preferred, but strong experience without ITI also considered
