Job Responsibilities

General Profile

  • Ensures CD lifecycle activities are performed in compliance with Syneos Health procedures and applicable regulations, including:
    • Managing and coordinating the document production lifecycle
    • Performing quality checks and communicating with document authors and liaisons to support compliant document development and posting of CDs
  • Provides support of CDM processes
  • Supports process improvement activities related to the management of Syneos Health CDs
  • Supports innovative solutions within CDM and their implementation

Controlled Document Management Systems Support

  • Completes CDM system administration activities, as assigned
  • Supports system UAT activities, as assigned

Complexity

  • Decision Making - Makes decisions that impact the day-to-day activities relating to the CD Lifecycle
  • Influence - Serves as a supporting resource within a business area or discipline
  • Problem Solving - Anticipates and resolves problems, escalating appropriately
  • Impact - Proposes solutions for processes, and services relating to CDM and its systems
  • Internal Customer Focus - Establishes relationships with business area representatives

Supervision

  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments

Other Tasks

  • Represents CDM, as assigned
  • Performs other quality-related activities as directed by management
  • This position is not responsible for supervising employees

Travel may be required (approximately 15%)
