About the job

As a program manager you will be the primary engine for the day-to-day implementation of the 2026 roadmap. You will partner directly with the Lead Program Manager (PgM) who will guide the overarching strategy and planning while you take full ownership of operational preparation, execution, and delivery. You will drive engagement, manage site-wide communications, and ensure the successful rollout of flagship programs aligned with the 'ACE' (AI Ready, Collaboration, Excellence) OKRs.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end execution, logistics, and delivery of high-impact site events to achieve a cumulative footfall of >2500 unique attendees. This includes the four community forum annual summits (Eg: Elevate), the Ignite Innovation Expo, and the year-end "Cheers Day."
Represent the CE India Site Ops. Draft, prepare, and send high-quality communications, announcements, and event promos to the entire site.
Manage the operational cadence for critical site cohorts (PM/BSA, TPgM, Frontline Managers, and TLs).
Assist the site PgM in maintaining dashboards and tracking progress.
