Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and align project outcomes with organizational goals.
- Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develops project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
- Coordinates cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Monitors progress and adjusts plans as needed
- Identifies and mitigates project risks
- Manages project budgets and resources effectively
- Communicates regularly with stakeholders and senior leadership
- Ensures quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Requires 3–7 years of experience and strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira)
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
