Job Description

  • identify,evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers
  • prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
  • Negotiate prices,,terms,and delivery schedules with suppliers
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials as per production
  • monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse
  • Track deliveries and resolve supply or quality related issues
  • Prepare purchase invoices in tally
