Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Listen to inbound and outbound calls regularly.
- Evaluate calls based on quality parameters and company standards.
- Check communication skills, product knowledge, call flow, tone, and professionalism.
- Identify mistakes in calls and suggest improvements.
- Share feedback with telecallers/customer support executives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call quality reports.
- Track repeated errors and highlight training needs.
- Ensure agents follow company scripts, process guidelines, and compliance rules.
- Coordinate with team leaders and trainers to improve call performance.
- Support in improving customer experience and conversion quality.
- Maintain proper records of call evaluations and feedback.
- Conduct calibration sessions with team leaders if required.
- Required Skills
- Good listening and observation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of call handling and customer service process.
- Ability to give clear and constructive feedback.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to identify training needs.
- Professional attitude and patience.
- Qualification
- Any Graduate.
- Prior experience in call auditing, quality analysis, customer support, or telecalling is preferred.
