Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that span the entire application lifecycle. The role focuses on integrating various disciplines to enhance delivery speed and maintain high-quality standards. Daily activities include continuous testing across multiple domains such as security and application programming interfaces, developing and maintaining automated test scripts, and managing data and environment configurations. The position also involves active participation in code reviews, defect monitoring, and reporting to foster ongoing improvements in testing processes and overall product quality.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement automation strategies that align with project goals and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure testing activities are aligned with business requirements and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Strong understanding of continuous testing methodologies including security, API, and regression testing.
- Ability to configure and manage test data and environments to ensure reliable and repeatable test execution.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools to support quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Capability to participate effectively in code reviews and collaborate with development teams to enhance product quality.
