Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves ensuring the quality of software solutions by carefully executing tests based on defined requirements and user stories. This role includes designing detailed test cases, identifying any discrepancies or defects, and thoroughly documenting these findings. Collaboration with various delivery teams is essential to address issues and contribute to the release of reliable and user-ready software products. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their testing skills and understanding of quality assurance practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and best practices.
- Experience in designing comprehensive test cases and test plans.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure thorough validation of software.

Additional Information:
