Location: Hyderabad / As per Company Requirement
Salary: ₹32,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 – 6 years in Quality Management in manufacturing

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Head to lead and enhance quality assurance and quality control systems across all manufacturing and production functions. The ideal candidate will ensure products, processes, and systems adhere to industry standards, customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
· Implement and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
· Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulations
· Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections across all product lines
· Conduct internal audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
· Monitor quality KPIs and prepare reports for management
· Lead and train the quality team to improve performance and awareness
· Audit and coordinate with suppliers/vendors for quality improvement
· Address customer quality issues and ensure zero-defect deliveries
Required Qualifications & Skills
• 5–6 years of quality experience in a manufacturing setup.
• Experience with heavy machinery, industrial or material handling equipment preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Quality Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management tools.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with inspection tools, SPC, and audits.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
