Job Description

About Ecko Design Studio:

Ecko Design Studio is a government-focused construction and design firm specializing in urban infrastructure, public space development, and hospitality projects.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage BOQs, measurements, procurement, and site material coordination across ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage BOQs and cost estimates
  • Take rough and detailed measurements from site
  • Handle material planning, procurement, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain site material records and inventory
  • Ensure timely availability of materials at site
  • Coordinate with site engineers and project team for quantity verification

Requirements:

  • Experience in quantity surveying / construction projects
  • Strong understanding of BOQ, measurements, and materials
  • Good coordination and vendor management skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and documentation
