Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and modify 2D AutoCAD drawings for civil and structural works.
- Prepare detailed Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) from structural drawings.
- Perform quantity take-offs for RCC, reinforcement steel, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, and structural steel works.
- Prepare BOQs, project estimates, and cost calculations.
- Prepare material requirement statements and steel consumption reports.
- Assist in tender estimation and rate analysis.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for drawing revisions.
- Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Verify site measurements and update drawings accordingly.
- Maintain drawing records and documentation.
- Required SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
- Strong knowledge of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparation.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Good knowledge of RCC detailing and reinforcement calculations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
