Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor (Facade) to manage cost estimation, billing, and quantity take-offs for facade projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of materials, BOQs, and cost control in facade works such as glazing, cladding, and aluminium systems.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for facade works (glazing, ACP cladding, aluminium systems, etc.)
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements
- Prepare and verify client bills and subcontractor bills
- Monitor project cost, variations, and budget control
- Handle rate analysis and cost estimation
- Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams
- Maintain proper billing records, invoices, and documentation
- Evaluate and certify work progress and payments
- Manage variation orders and extra claims
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of facade materials and systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and BOQ preparation
- Good understanding of contracts and billing processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- QualificationB.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- PreferredExperience in Facade / Aluminium / Glazing companies
- Knowledge of ERP or billing software
