Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales associate to lead, inspire, and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive leader with a deep understanding of real estate sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to align team efforts with organizational goals.



Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business goals

✔ Create and implement sales strategies to grow market presence and revenue

✔ Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners

✔ Set performance metrics, monitor progress, and provide coaching for continuous improvement

✔ Oversee the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior leadership

✔ Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and resolve escalations effectively

✔ Foster a positive, motivating, and goal-oriented work culture



Qualifications & Experience

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related discipline

✔ 3–7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property management

✔ Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and scale a team

✔ Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets

✔ Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

✔ Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management software, and reporting systems

✔ Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems efficiently

✔ Self-starter with high energy, resilience, and adaptability
