Job Description
Company: KMR Green Avenues
Industry: Real Estate (Open Farm Lands & Residential Plots)
Location: Yella Reddy Guda, Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
Job Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Explain project details and pricing to prospective customers.
- Conduct outbound calls and convert inquiries into site visits.
- Coordinate and accompany clients during site visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales.
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, and market trends.
