Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections of office spaces, retail outlets, malls, and mixed-use developments
- Source and generate leasing leads (corporate clients, brands, retailers)
- Coordinate with landlords, developers, IPCs, and brokers
- Present commercial proposals, floor plans, and financials to clients
- Negotiate rental terms, CAM charges, lock-in, escalation clauses
- Track vacancy status, inventory, and deal pipeline
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Key Skills
- Strong negotiation & closing ability
- Knowledge of commercial leasing terms & agreements
- Understanding of market rentals & micro-market trends
- Excellent client handling & presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple site visits and deals simultaneously
