We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Real Estate Executive (Field Work) to join our team. This role involves on-ground property promotion, lead generation, client meetings, and conducting site visits. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field activity, have strong communication skills, and be committed to achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to generate new leads and promote company projects

Meet potential customers, present property options, and explain project details

Arrange and lead site visits with clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to execute field campaigns

Identify potential market areas and competitors

Follow up with leads and assist clients through the entire sales process

Achieve monthly and quarterly field sales targets

Skills & Qualifications

0–10 years of experience in real estate or field sales (freshers welcome)

Strong communication and convincing skills

Must be comfortable with extensive field work

Knowledge of local geography and real estate market preferred

Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory)

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Basic computer and smartphone handling skills
