Job Description

Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and fostering strong client relationships to achieve business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales:


Identify and target potential clients for property sales.


Conduct property site visits and provide detailed explanations of features, pricing, and terms.


Negotiate and close property deals to meet or exceed sales targets.


Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and clients.




2. Client Relationship Management:


Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.


Handle client queries and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.




4. Market Research:


Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors’ activities.


Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine strategies.





Qualifications and Skills:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,B.tech or a related field.


Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.


Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.


A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
