Key Responsibilities
· Team Management & Mentorship
o Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents.
o Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
o Foster collaboration and a high-performance culture.
· Sales & Business Development
o Set and monitor team sales targets.
o Drive property sales and expand market share.
o Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
· Client Relations
o Resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
o Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and developer
Compliance & Operations
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Key Qualifications
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver personalized property solutions.
· Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
