Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager
Company: Wowidays
Location: Hitech City, Madhapur
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Summary
Wowidays is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager with at least 1+ year of experience to drive property sales and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, customer-focused, and fluent in multiple languages to handle diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for real estate projects
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations
- Generate leads and follow up to convert prospects into sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Stay updated on market trends
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year experience in real estate sales or a similar field
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Hindi and English
- Preferred: Knowledge of additional languages (Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
