Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Clinic Receptionist (Patient Coordinator) who will be responsible for handling all incoming calls, understanding patient concerns, and effectively converting enquiries into confirmed appointments. The role involves managing appointment scheduling, following up on missed calls and pending leads via phone and WhatsApp, coordinating with doctors for optimal slot utilization, and ensuring a smooth and professional front desk experience for all patients. The candidate should maintain accurate records of enquiries and appointments, communicate clearly and empathetically, and uphold patient confidentiality at all times. Work timings: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
