Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and organized Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle patients/clients in a polite and professional manner.
- Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk ManagementWelcome patients/clients with a positive attitude
- Handle walk-ins and guide them through the process
- Maintain a neat and professional reception area
- Appointment HandlingSchedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth patient flow
- Handle rescheduling and cancellations
- Patient CoordinationCollect basic patient details and maintain records
- Explain basic services and guide patients accordingly
- Assist patients during billing and checkout
- Calls & CommunicationAnswer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Handle WhatsApp messages and online queries
- Provide accurate information about services
- Billing & PaymentsGenerate bills and collect payments
- Maintain daily billing records
- Coordinate with accounts if required
- Administrative SupportMaintain files and clinic records
- Support clinic staff in day-to-day operations
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: Intermediate / Degree
- Good communication skills (Telugu + Basic English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software)
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Preferred SkillsExperience in clinic/hospital/beauty clinic
- Customer handling skills
- Strong organizational ability
