Job Description
🏁 Hiring: Customer Experience & Front Desk Executive – RC Arena
RC Arena, Nallagandla, Hyderabad, is looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Front Desk Executive.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and explain RC Arena attractions
• Manage registrations, bookings and customer queues
• Handle cash, UPI, card payments and billing
• Coordinate session timings with track staff
• Answer customer enquiries and group-event queries
• Maintain daily booking and payment records
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
Candidate requirements:
• Good communication in Telugu and Hindi
• Basic conversational English
• Comfortable using computers, WhatsApp, UPI and billing software
• Friendly, presentable and comfortable interacting with children and families
• Must be available on weekends and public holidays
• Candidates living near Nallagandla, Tellapur, Lingampally, Chandanagar or Gopanpally preferred
• Freshers may apply
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25, 000 per month, depending on experience, plus attendance and performance incentives.
