Job Description

Job Title: Front Office Executive cum Receptionist


Industry: Real Estate

Location: Hyderabad

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Employment Type: Full-time


Job Summary


We are looking for a Front Office Executive cum Receptionist to manage day-to-day front desk operations and administrative activities for our real estate office. The role also involves coordinating and visiting project sites as and when required. The ideal candidate should be presentable, organized, and comfortable handling both visitors and backend admin work.


Key Responsibilities


Front Office & Client Handling


Manage the front desk and greet walk-in clients and visitors professionally.


Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and direct them to the concerned team.


Maintain visitor records and follow basic front office protocols.


Support sales team with client coordination and basic documentation.


Administration & Office Support


Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance.


Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.


Assist with basic HR and admin coordination as required.


Maintain MIS, trackers, and daily reports.


Site Coordination


Visit project sites as and when required for coordination, client support, or documentation.


Act as a point of contact between site staff and the office team.


Assist in explaining basic project details to clients during site visits.


Requirements & Skills


Graduate in any discipline.


1–3 years of experience in front office, admin, or real estate support roles preferred.


Good communication skills in English and local language.


Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email).


Pleasant personality with professional appearance.


Willingness to work from office and travel to site when required.


Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.


Working Conditions


6 days working (office-based role).


Weekly off on Tuesdays.
