Welcome and greet visitors, clients, or guests professionally

Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries of the appropriate departments

Coordinate with housekeeping, security, or other departments 

Rotational shifts (10 hours for morning and afternoon shifts and 12 hours for the night shift)
