Job Description

Ratata is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
  • Maintain visitor logs and follow security procedures.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or administrative assistant preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
