Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and basic computer knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier/mail.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Prepare and serve tea/refreshments to guests when required.
  • Perform basic office administration and documentation tasks.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Graduation.
  • 0–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasing personality with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
