Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Administrator to manage our reception area and provide excellent support to clients and the team. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Greet and assist visitors/clients professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Maintain office records and documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
  • Ensure the reception area is neat and organized
  • Support basic administrative tasks


Required Skills :-

  • Good communication skills (English & Telugu preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
  • Professional attitude and presentable appearance
  • Time management and organizational skills 


Experience :-

0-3 years (Freshers with strong skills can also apply)
