Job Summary:
We are looking for a pleasant and professional Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. You will handle administrative support, manage appointments, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone entering the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors or patients in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional way
- Maintain the front desk and reception area in an organized, clean, and presentable manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments using software systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth front-desk operations
- Provide accurate information about the organization’s services and policies
- Collect payments (if in healthcare or service settings) and issue receipts
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Experience with hospital or clinic management software (if in healthcare)
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Basic accounting or billing knowledge
