Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Overview:

IRON KINGDOM Gym is hiring a smart, confident Receptionist who can handle front desk operations along with sales and client conversions. This is a target-based role, so candidates should be comfortable handling leads, follow-ups, and closing memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in clients and give gym tours
• Manage calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram inquiries
• Explain membership plans and convert leads into admissions
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Manage front desk and customer data
• Coordinate with trainers and management

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Telugu preferred)
• Confident, presentable, and sales-driven personality
• Ability to handle targets and pressure
• Basic knowledge of Instagram & WhatsApp communication
• Prior sales/reception experience is a plus (Freshers can apply)
• Salary & Incentives:Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

Working Hours:

• Shift-Based Job (Morning / Evening shifts)
• 6 Days Working (1 Weekly Off)
