Job Description
Patient Registration: Greeting patients and generating test requisition slips from doctor prescriptions.
Billing & Cash Handling: Collecting accurate cash, card, or credit payments and maintaining transaction registers.
Customer Guidance: Directing patients to appropriate rooms or floors and checking test readiness.
Report Management: Answering phone queries, tracking test statuses, and dispatching final reports
