Job Title: Front Desk Executive / Receptionist

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time



Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, welcoming, and organized Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to join our team in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's first impression. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multilingual communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong organizational abilities.



Key Responsibilities

  • Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Front Desk Upkeep: Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic office operations, including scheduling appointments, data entry, and filing paperwork.



Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Multilingual Fluency: Fluent in verbal and written English, Hindi, and Telugu (Mandatory).
  • Education: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email handling.



Strategic Add-ons (Bonus Skills)

  • Language Plus: Proficiency in any additional regional Indian language (e.g., Odia,Tamil, Kannada, or Marathi) is highly preferred.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Prior experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is a strong advantage.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Relocation Welcome: Candidates currently living outside Hyderabad who are willing to relocate immediately to Hyderabad at their own expense are completely welcome to apply.
