Job Description

  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesAdministrative RoleKey ResponsibilitiesManage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain records, files, and confidential documents
  • Handle data entry, reports, letters, and official correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Coordinate with different departments for operational needs
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor follow-ups
  • Support HR activities such as attendance, leave records, and onboarding documents
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic accounts coordination
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
  • Handle email communication and respond to routine inquiries
