Vehicle Recovery Tele Calling Executive.
Key ResponsibilitiesCall customers from provided data for vehicle EMI recoveryExplain overdue amount, charges, and legal consequences politelyNegotiate payment plans or coordinate for vehicle pickupUpdate call status, remarks, and follow-up dates in CRMAchieve daily/monthly collection targets set by TLFollow RBI & company guidelines – no abuse/threats allowedCoordinate with field recovery team if customer agrees to surrender.
What We OfferSalary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000/month.
