Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager, Senior Recruiter, or Recruitment Consultant, ideally within a staffing agency environment.
  • Experience in bulk hiring of NON IT candidates is an added advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating with candidates and clients.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
