Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- SLA & Performance Oversight: Monitor and report on key quality metrics to ensure 100% compliance with client and internal SLAs.
- Operational Compliance: Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure that operations teams are strictly adhering to established Quality Management Systems (QMS) and protocols.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Deep-dive into performance gaps and errors. You won't just report the 'what'—you will identify the 'why' through rigorous data analysis.
- Process Improvement: Transform insights into action. You will design and suggest workflow enhancements and process corrections to prevent error recurrence and boost efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Operations Leaders to provide actionable feedback and lead quality-focused calibration sessions.
Job Location: Hyderabad (WFO Only)
Shift timing: General Shift (10am to 7pm)
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in Quality Management, preferably within a fast-paced operations or BPO environment. With at least 1-2 years people management experience.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen). Six sigma certification is a plus.
- Data Mining and Visualization : Experience is data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker and Tableau. Database setup experience is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, persuasive recommendations for leadership.
