Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

About the Role
We are looking for a Research & Operations Associate to support day-to-day research, coordination, and process-related activities.
The role is best suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with structured workflows and online tools.
Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online research and maintain accurate records
- Organize and update internal data and trackers
- Support operational coordination and documentation activities
- Assist with process monitoring and follow-ups
- Work with internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in data entry, backend operations, research support, or coordination roles
- Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with online tools and platforms
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in US business hours
- Must be located within commutable distance to Hyderabad
