Summary:
As a Responsible AI Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating artificial intelligence systems to ensure they meet established standards for responsibility, ethics, and sustainability. This role requires designing and applying strategies to address any identified issues, ensuring that AI technologies operate within acceptable ethical boundaries. The position demands continuous monitoring and adjustment of AI systems to align with organizational and societal expectations, fostering trust and accountability in AI deployments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of frameworks that promote responsible AI practices within projects.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team understanding of ethical AI principles.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong knowledge of AI system evaluation techniques focused on ethical and responsible AI standards.
- Experience in designing and implementing mitigation strategies to address AI system risks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams to drive responsible AI initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI lifecycle management and integration of ethical considerations into workflows.
- Skilled in monitoring AI system performance against predefined benchmarks and thresholds.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
