Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to establish and maintain ethical guidelines for AI development and deployment.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment on responsible AI objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and understanding of responsible AI practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance related to artificial intelligence.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI solutions that prioritize transparency, fairness, and accountability.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for AI technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable AI solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
